A unique dry red wine that was not sulfurized. In 2015, this wine won the Old Mutual Trophy tasting competition for the best Syrah. When a wine that was not sulfurized wins in direct competition with conventional sulfurized wines, then one can only say "Hats off, everything is as it should be". Spicy aroma, delicate aroma of forest soil, dark berries dominate the taste, juicy fruit with fine tannins, strong aftertaste. Thanks to the fact that it was not sulfurized, it is ideal for asthmatics and allergy sufferers, but also for those who get a headache after normal wine (which can be caused by sulfites). However, because it does not contain sulfites, this wine is not suitable for archiving. It is ideal to drink it young. After opening, we recommend consuming the wine as soon as possible, if you want to keep it until the next day, then preferably in the refrigerator. The wine is not clarified or filtered with the help of animal ingredients and is therefore also suitable for vegans.
