Ingredients:
organic common dobromysl, organic stinging nettle, organic lemon balm, organic buckwheat, organic oat
Preparation:
Pour boiling water (approx. 200ml) over a teaspoon per cup and let it stand for 5-10 minutes, depending on your taste.
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
