Ingredients in 1 infusion bag:
Lemon balm leaves 795 mg, apple fruit, lemongrass leaves, roasted chicory root, lavender flower 75 mg, St. John's wort leaves 75 mg, flavoring, lemon peel, raspberry fruit, vitamin B3 (niacin) 2.4 mg.
Preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let steep for 10 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
1-2 cups per day.
