The unique herbal composition of 5 types of herbs supports full sleep and relaxation. Preparation: Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 tea bag, removing the top paper packaging, and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. The tea is drunk warm. It is always prepared fresh just before use. Dosage: adults are recommended to drink 2–3 cups of tea per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Exceeding the recommended daily dose does not pose a health risk.
