Tempeh with gyros spices

Organic Tempeh with gyros spices is ideal for hearty meals. Through the fermentation process, the soybeans develop a nutty flavor that goes well with the mildly spicy chili, garlic, onion and pepper in this version of tempeh.

The Gyros flavor goes well with many side dishes such as rice, vegetables and salads and can be prepared in minutes.

Ingredients:SOYBEANS* cooked 85%, water, sea salt, spices* 1.25% (pepper*, onion*, pepper*, marjoram*, rosemary*, chili*, lovage*, garlic*), starter cultures (rhizopus)

Preparation: Fry the tempeh (diced or cut into strips, as desired) in a pan with a little oil. Fry over medium heat, turning regularly to crisp the tempeh on all sides.
