Black bean tempeh with tamari soy sauce

Tempeh is a naturally fermented specialty, healthy and rich in protein.

Tempeh is versatile in the kitchen! You can slice or grate tempeh. Fried in a pan with a little oil until crispy, it can be used in a variety of dishes, such as salads, soups, sandwiches, sauces, wraps and much more.

Ingredients:Black beans* cooked 82%, water, tamari* 8.5% (water, SOY beans*, sea salt), cultures (rhizopus)

Allergens and intolerances:may contain traces of lupin

Preparation: Fry the tempeh (diced or cut into strips, as desired) in a pan with a little oil. Fry over medium heat, turning regularly to crisp the tempeh on all sides.
