Lupin tempeh with wild herbs

Tempeh is a naturally fermented specialty, healthy and rich in protein.

Tempeh is versatile in the kitchen! You can slice or grate tempeh. Fry in a pan with a little oil until crispy, it can be used in a variety of dishes, such as salads, soups, sandwiches, sauces, wraps and much more.

Preparation: Fry the tempeh (chopped into cubes or strips as desired) in a pan with a little oil. Fry over medium heat, turning regularly to crisp the tempeh on all sides.
