Tempeh Garlic and Coriander
Tempeh is a great alternative to meat or tofu and is made from soybeans that have been fermented with mold. The process gives the tempeh a nutty flavor. This tempeh is marinated with garlic and coriander, which really complements its natural nutty notes.
Garlic and Coriander Tempeh is a great addition to Asian or Indonesian stir-fries, vegetables, salads, soups and stews. It is also an ideal vegan dish for grilling!

Preparation: Fry the tempeh (diced or cut into strips as desired) in a pan with a little oil. Fry over medium heat, turning regularly to crisp the tempeh on all sides.
