Sushi ginger

These thin slices of pickled ginger can be used as a side dish for sushi along with wasabi and soy sauce. The Japanese eat ginger between snacks because it neutralizes flavors. Sushi ginger also tastes great in salads, spring rolls, sandwiches and as a side dish. We use premium organic ginger from Fiji.
