The best known furostanol sterols include: yamogenin, gitogenin, tigogenin, smilagenin, sarsasapogenin, neotigenin, yuccagenin, lilagenin and neogitogenin. Important minerals: zinc and copper are represented in an exclusive chelate form. A chelate represents the binding of a mineral to two "carriers", usually amino acids, when it is clamped in so-called pincers ( chelate = pincers ) in the sense: AMINO ACID - MINERAL - AMINO ACID. Chelate, in other words, means the binding of one mineral to two amino acids or organic acids. This makes chelates quite different from standard organic and inorganic forms. Other important ingredients:

– 25 ug (500% DV) vitamin D3 in each serving
– 8.33 mg (595% DV) vitamin B6 in each serving
Dosage: Non-training days: 2 capsules 2 times a day with food. Training days: 3 capsules 1-2 hours before training and 2 capsules in the evening before going to bed. Take the 5+2 system = 5-day dose of 5 capsules + skip 2 days. The maximum length of the peel is 6 weeks, then a 3-week break before repeated use. Drink plenty of water.
