A targeted plant treatment system that is simple and safe to use. Carbon dioxide is important for the quality growth of aquarium plants. It maintains the biological balance, while oxygen is released from the plants during photosynthesis and harmful nitrogen compounds are also broken down. It also provides lush and healthy aquatic plants and makes the aquarium more attractive overall. Healthy plant growth is also important because it reduces the risk of algae growth. An aquarium in which the carbonic acid balance is balanced is worth the effort:

• Aquarium plants will be stronger, larger and healthier, provided there is a sufficient supply of CO2 - during plant fertilization with CO2, the oxygenation of the water, which was previously only provided by plants, will also increase.
• The pH level will remain at an optimal value, so dangerous ammonia and ammonia reactions cannot occur, for example.
• It also helps prevent unsightly limescale deposits on the leaves and petals of plants.

Installation:

1. Place the diffusion tube on the wall of the aquarium 5-15 cm below the surface with the membrane facing up.

2. Place one end of the tube on the tube, the other end on the head of the bottle.

3. Leave the tube in the aquarium for several hours, preferably overnight, without filling it. The tube will fill with water over a period of time.

4. Then fill the diffusion tube by lightly pressing the bottle head.

The gas will freely escape into the aquarium. When filling the CO2 tube, the water level in the tube will decrease. When filling the tube for the first time, only fill the tube halfway. After 24 hours, you can fill the tube to the bottom edge. It is sufficient to fill it 1-2 times a day. For occasional air venting, turn the diffusion tube under water so that the remaining gases can escape.

If the membrane becomes dirty, remove the upper cover ring and clean the membrane carefully. When filling the gas, keep the bottle above the water level so that water does not enter the connecting tube. When filling the gas and diffusing it into the aquarium, turn off the aeration and filters.

There is no point in filling the gas at night and when the aquarium is not sufficiently lit. At this time, plants are not able to absorb the gas. You can determine the CO2 content in the aquarium water with the Tetra Test.

The optimal CO2 concentration is 5 - 15 mg / l.
