Netting is a brilliant Czech invention, it was started in the 1920s in Žďár nad Sázavou by Vavřín Krčil. It is light, can carry a lot and lasts a long time - simply an ideal replacement for disposable plastic bags, which often do not even survive the journey home from the store. Conventional cotton cultivation and the production of cotton clothing have a negative impact on the environment and the farmers and workers who support the textile industry. Cotton fields occupy less than 3% of the world's cultivated land, but they consume approximately 25% of all insecticides and 10% of all herbicides. Chemicals that are prohibited in food production are used extensively to grow cotton. Cotton is one of the most genetically modified plants, mainly to make it tolerate above-average doses of chemicals. About half a kilo of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers is used to produce one T-shirt and one pair of jeans. It is forbidden to use toxic chemicals that cause poisoning in agricultural workers and damage the environment, as well as genetically modified organisms, in the cultivation and production of organic cotton. Certified farms strive to build a biologically diverse agricultural system and maintain soil fertility naturally. Unlike conventionally grown cotton, organic cotton does not cause allergic reactions. Therefore, it is suitable for children, allergy sufferers, eczema sufferers and people with sensitive skin. CERTIFICATION Our organic cotton products meet the high standards of the international organization GOTS. Organic cotton cultivation is monitored and controlled from seed to final processing of the fabric, including sewing. Inspectors also monitor the social conditions of workers (video about growing and producing organic cotton). This product is approved by the National Institute of Health for use with food. Made in India. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ECO-WASHING ORGANIC COTTON: If there is a stain on organic cotton, treat it with BILE SOAP or OLIVE SOAP WITH LEMON EXTRACT before washing. Cotton materials will appreciate washing in SOAP NUTS - they remain soft and breathable. We can also use SOAP NUTS WASHING GEL for washing. We recommend soap slime only in case of soft water. We recommend washing at 40 ºC. Shrinkage up to 15%. When used, it returns to its original size. We generally do not use fabric softener on natural materials - it settles on the fibers and reduces the absorbency of the fibers. For the final rinse bath, we use a LAUNDRY RINSE, which rinses away detergent residue from the material and keeps the laundry soft and breathable (not necessary if washing in soap nuts).
