Cold pressed, first press. Sea buckthorn oil is obtained from the dark orange fruits of the sea buckthorn plant. Sea buckthorn oil is a natural concentrate of a whole range of vitamins and biologically active substances. It contains mainly carotenoids, vitamin E and OMEGA 3, 6, 7 and 9 unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins B and vitamin A. It contains a large amount of omega-7 fatty acid. It is rarely found in nature, but in sea buckthorn oil it occurs in up to 40%.

100% oil from sea buckthorn fruits (Hippophae Rhamnoides)
Preparation:

Recommended dosage:
1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day. Suitable for direct consumption or in uncooked foods. The oil is not made from genetically modified plants.
