Tofu is a spice blend that resembles Indian curry spice with a hint of herbs. At the same time, a small amount of cane sugar is added to the spice, which gives the tofu a delicate caramel flavor when fried. Tofu spice contains 17 types of spices that WE ROAST AND GRINDE OURSELVES. This spice blend is suitable, as the name suggests, especially for tofu.
