We produce Green Apotheke spreads for you according to our own original recipes, in small batches and with a large proportion of handwork. They are based on vegetables, seeds and spices, without the use of additives or preservatives.
Spread with tomatoes and herbs for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine. It is suitable for vegans.

Classification:

Gluten-free vegetable spread, pasteurized.



Ingredients:

Sterilized tomatoes (20%), tomato concentrate (20%), sunflower seeds, lemon juice, leek, water, apple juice concentrate, tamari (3.5%) (soybeans, water, sea salt, sugar cane alcohol, fermentation agent Aspergillus oryzae), dried tomatoes (3.3%), sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, oregano, pepper, basil. May contain traces of peanuts and celery.

Usage:

Spread directly on bread, or add plant-based yogurt or cream to create a dip or dressing.

Storage:

Store at temperatures up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated (5° to 8°C) and consume within three days.

Energy value 755 kJ/ 180 kcal, fat 11.5 g (of which saturated fatty acids 1.6 g), carbohydrates 13.1 g (of which sugars 11.2 g), fiber 2.1 g, protein 5.8 g, salt 0.7 g.
