Tomato puree in a tube 200 g BIO RAPUNZEL

To make this puree, Mauro Roso tomatoes were used, bred using traditional methods directly for use in organic farming. These tomatoes ripened in sunny Umbria and were quickly processed after harvest. The puree producer only uses fruits that have grown on his own organic farm. The tomatoes do not have to be transported long distances after harvest and the producer has complete control over which fruits he uses in production. During gentle preparation, the puree retains its natural taste and aroma. It does not contain added sugar or thickeners. The distinctive full taste is given by the fact that the puree is twice concentrated and therefore contains more dry matter than Rapunzel puree in a glass (28% versus 22%). This tomato puree is an ideal base for tomato sauces for pasta, classic tomato sauces, tomato soups and dips, a base for pizza and a component of marinades and vegetable mixtures.
