Pudding powder with the unmistakable scent of tonka beans is soft and creamy. We can prepare it from organic cow, goat, soy or rice milk.
What are tonka beans, sometimes also called tonka beans? They are the aromatic black seeds of the tropical tree Tonka bean growing in South America. In the kitchen, edible tonka beans are used similarly to vanilla pods to flavor desserts, liqueurs, chocolate, sweet sauces or ice cream. The aroma is sweet, vanilla-almond and very intense.

USE: To prepare the pudding from one bag, use half a liter of milk. Dissolve the pudding powder in six tablespoons of cold milk together with two tablespoons (to taste) of rapadura or natural cane sugar. Pour the mixture into boiling milk and cook briefly, stirring constantly.
INGREDIENTS: cornstarch, ground tonka beans, sea salt. All ingredients come from controlled organic farming.
