Ingredients:
dandelion root and stem, nettle leaf, purple coneflower flower, marigold flower, horsetail stem, orange pericarp, lemongrass
Preparation:
Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 infusion bag, removing the top paper packaging, and let it steep for 5 - 8 minutes. The tea is drunk warm. It is always prepared fresh just before use.
Recommended dosage:
We recommend drinking 2 to 3 cups a day. The nutrient content and energy value of 1 infusion bag are negligible.
