Triphala BIO is a traditional combination of the fruits of three plants of ancient Indian medicine - Ayurveda. It contains the fruits of amalaki BIO, haritaki BIO and vibhitaki BIO. The balanced mixture of these fruits acts as a cleansing agent with beneficial effects on digestion and the immune system. The fruits of haritaki and vibhitaki have antioxidant properties and their broad effects affect cardiovascular health, cholesterol and blood sugar levels, liver and respiratory health. Haritaki contributes to the support of the reproductive system and healthy skin.

It has an effect on the urinary system and glucose metabolism.

Recommended dosage and method of preparation: Mix one teaspoon in water and drink.

TIP for preparation: First, put the required amount in a glass, add only 2x more water than the content of the powder and mix to a thick paste. This paste can be diluted with liquid as desired. This way, no lumps form.

It is recommended to take it for at least a month. In higher doses, it has a laxative effect.

We recommend starting the treatment:

• 1st week 1 teaspoon 1× daily,
• 2nd–3rd week 1 teaspoon 2–3× daily,
• 4th week 1 teaspoon 1–2× daily.

2× 100g packages are necessary for this treatment.
