The oenologists at Stellar Organics have many years of experience in producing unsulphured wines, which they pass on to their colleagues from European wineries. This Cabernet Sauvignon also benefits from this experience - a delicious dry red wine with vanilla notes and a spicy aroma. Thanks to the fact that it was not sulphured, it is ideal for asthmatics and allergy sufferers, but also for those who get a headache after normal wine (which can be caused by sulphites). However, because it does not contain sulphites, this wine is not suitable for archiving. It is ideal to drink it young. After opening, we recommend consuming the wine as soon as possible, if you want to keep it until the next day, then preferably in the refrigerator. The wine is not clarified or filtered with the help of animal ingredients and is therefore also suitable for vegans.
