The AF designation stands for Alcohol Free – a product with 0% alcohol content. Unique technology and multiple extraction were used in production. AF tinctures retain the maximum amount of active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herb used.
Valerian is a perennial plant up to 1.5 m tall that occurs in ditches and in bushes on moist soils. Among the well-known folk names are cat's root or valerian.
Valerian is sought after mainly for its positive effects on cognitive functions and mental health. In times of increased stress, it contributes to the ability to relax.
It has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system, helps maintain normal blood pressure and has a beneficial effect on digestion.

The tincture does not contain any alcohol, dyes or sweeteners.
Traditional use: After shaking, take 17 drops 3 times a day. We recommend putting it in the mouth and letting it be absorbed through the mucous membranes. It can be washed down with a small amount of water.
The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 966 mg of dried plant matter.
Ingredients: glycerol; water; Valeriana officinalis
Warning: Do not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children. Store in a dark, dry place and close carefully!
