This cheese specialty with noble mold from sheep's milk is made with a protected designation of origin AOP. Roquefort has a very characteristic taste and has a slightly salty taste. It is ideal as an addition to sauces or as a distinctive element on a cheese plate.

French semi-hard cheese. At least 50% fat in dry matter.
