Vanilla pudding powder that does not contain dyes or flavors, but only real Bourbon vanilla for flavoring. We prepare a great organic pudding from organic cow, goat, soy or rice milk. We achieve a tasty variation by pouring a portion of the slightly sweet pudding with maple syrup.
What is Bourbon vanilla? Bourbon vanilla is the name of the vanilla that was originally grown only on the former Bourbon Island (now Reunion) and is now cultivated on other islands in the Indian Ocean, Madagascar and the Comoros. This vanilla naturally contains a higher percentage of vanillin, the main aromatic substance that gives vanilla its aroma.

USE: We use half a liter of milk to prepare the pudding from one bag. Dissolve the pudding powder in six tablespoons of cold milk along with two tablespoons (to taste) of Rapadura or natural cane sugar. Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and boil briefly, stirring constantly.
INGREDIENTS: corn starch, Bourbon vanilla 1.5%. Both ingredients come from controlled organic farming.
