Made from 100 percent dried organic vegetables and herbs, without any flavor enhancers, yeast extract or other tricks that have no place in a real vegetable broth. And also without salt, because everyone controls this best for themselves, according to their individual taste. Aromatic bombs such as celery, parsnip, onion and garlic, together with parsley and lovage, ensure the strong and spicy taste of our original mixture. For our very first mix, we had in mind a typical cottage garden, where everything needed for classic cuisine grows. Our original is therefore particularly suitable for classic soups, hearty stews and hearty stews. And in the summer it becomes an aromatic seasoning, for example in potato salad, cottage cheese or burgers.
