This sauerkraut juice is handmade from traditional lactic fermented vegetables by Mr. Vít Kabelka. The cabbage is gently rolled, lightly salted and seasoned with caraway. Fermentation naturally preserves all the nutrients and vitamins from raw vegetables and at the same time naturally enriches them with lactobacilli. Mr. Kabelka does not use any preservatives or flavorings in the production, thanks to which the sauerkraut juice has a natural taste. salt, caraway.
