Vitamin C performs a number of functions in the body:

It contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion. It increases iron absorption.

It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal mental activity.

It contributes to normal energy metabolism.

It contributes to the formation of collagen for the normal function of bones, cartilage, blood vessels, gums, teeth and skin.

The body cannot produce vitamin C, so it is necessary to supply it to the body.

The body will excrete excess amounts of the vitamin. Dietary supplement.

Ingredients: 100% pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) in powder. It does not contain any dyes, sweeteners, binders, thickeners, anti-caking agents or flavour enhancers.

Recommended dosage: Mix 1000mg (approximately half a teaspoon) once a day in a glass of water, fruit juice or lukewarm tea, or mix into a suitable cold food.  The amount of vitamin C per daily dose of 1000 mg is 1250%*. * daily reference value of vitamin intake (for an adult). The body will excrete excess vitamin C.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Store in a dry place, protect from heat.
