Citric acid

Suitable for food and household use. The content corresponds to approximately 160 ml (approx. 14 tablespoons) of fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients: Citric acid (E 330).

Use:

• As a gelling aid when cooking fruit.

• Prevents browning of freshly peeled fruit and vegetables.

• Lemon juice can be replaced with citric acid during boiling.

• Soften the taste of fruit salads, fruit spreads and salads.

• For sparkling refinement of hot and cold drinks.

• For descaling, as a water softener and as an alternative fabric softener.
