BIO wakame Zdravý den® flakes are seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida) that grew in the clean environment of the cold waters of the French coast. This sea vegetable has a very fine texture and a sweet and slightly iodine flavor. It is harvested by hand. It is used for cooking, in soups, sauces, to flavor salads, smoothies and other dishes. It can also be used as a spice or salt substitute. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
