Walnuts are the fruit of the king walnut tree, which occurs naturally throughout the Czech Republic, but also in the rest of the world. The tree is popular mainly for its fruits - walnuts, but also for its wood and shading properties.
Walnuts contribute to better elasticity of blood vessels. A beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 30 g of walnuts per day. Nuts are high in fiber.
