Whole grain rice groats, gluten-free
For preparing gluten-free organic semolina porridge. Fine-tune the finished semolina porridge with, for example, fruit, jam, honey or cinnamon and coconut blossom sugar.

Preparation: Bring 0.5 liters of milk to the boil. Add 100 - 125 g of semolina, depending on the desired consistency, over a low heat. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Sweeten to taste.
