White candy is particularly suitable for white and green teas, where it pleasantly enhances the aroma. It is also suitable for oolong teas, unlike its brown variant, which is more caramel-like and is therefore more suitable for black - strong teas.

White candy is made from a concentrated sugar solution. By cooling the solution, larger crystals are formed through gradual crystallization.
