This high-quality white tea comes from organic tea plantations in China. The tea leaves are hand-picked between April and June and are labeled White Fannings (GF). The white, green and green jasmine tea in the infusion is complemented by lemongrass, which gives it freshness, and elderflower and mint flowers provide a floral aroma. The infusion can be drunk alone or sweetened with sugar or honey.

For teas in general, the ecological origin is very important. This is a food that we consume without rinsing, and all pesticide residues used in conventional cultivation remain in the tea and can pass into the infusion.
