Colored pepper is very popular when preparing steaks. Like individual peppers, it has a wide range of uses. It is suitable for seasoning sauces, soups, etc. It is popular for seasoning ready-made dishes straight from the grinder, to bring out its sharp and pleasant peppery aroma.
Colorful pepper sauce for meat — we need:
- 1 tablespoon of butter;
- 2 small shallots, finely chopped;
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped;
- 1 tablespoon of colored pepper;
- 125 ml of beef broth;
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce;
- 250 ml of cream;
- salt to taste.
Procedure: Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the shallot, and leave it to cook, stirring occasionally. glassy (2–3 min.). Add the garlic and pepper and fry for about a minute until the garlic starts to brown slightly. Then add the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and then stir in the cream. Let the sauce thicken over a low heat (8–10 min.). Season with salt if necessary and serve.
Storage: Keep dry and tightly closed.
