Egg-free dried pasta Couscous is a pasta made from whole-grain durum wheat processed into small balls. The whole-grain version of couscous retains a number of valuable substances that are otherwise lost when peeling the grains. It can be used as a side dish, but also mixed with vegetables or meat in various ways.


Ingredients:


Durum wheat semolina flour, water.


Instructions for preparation:


Couscous does not need to be cooked. First, add good-quality oil and mix with a fork to coat the grains. Then pour boiling water or broth (ratio 1.5:1, water: couscous) and let stand for 10 minutes. Finally, fluff it with a fork to prevent it from sticking together.

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
