Wira Wira is a popular drink, especially in colder weather, due to its specific, pleasant taste. Wira Wira is a small mountain herb growing in dry, rocky areas of Peru. It can be found at altitudes of up to 3600 m above sea level.
The wira-wira decoction has a pleasant taste and delicious aroma. It is customary to drink it as cold tea on warm summer days, or as a refreshing cold drink with ice. It is recommended to mix the traditional Peruvian herb wira-wira with the also Peruvian herb hundaya-muňa. These two herbs complement each other perfectly - not only in taste. The wira-wira decoction can be sweetened with sugar, honey or lemon for a better taste.

Dosage and method of preparation: Put one heaping tablespoon of dried nati wira-wira in 750 ml of cold water and bring to the boil. Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat and then strain. Drink a glass of the decoction 3 times a day.
