A loose mixture with spices of traditional Italian herbs intended for direct application and subsequent heat treatment - for frying or deep-frying. It will create a thin, lightly spiced, crispy layer.

instant chickpea flour (chickpeas, corn), potato starch, instant corn flour, salt, Provencal herbs (oregano, savory, rosemary, thyme, basil), salt, dried parsley. May contain traces of nuts, milk and sesame.
