Bedtime Tea
A good day begins the night before. Especially when we experience it in a state of soothing spiritual balance with a fragrant cup of YOGI TEA® Bedtime. Lavender and valerian root envelop us with warmth, while the taste of fragrant herbs such as mint and sage brings us peace.
Ingredients: Fennel* (31%), chamomile flowers* (17%), peppermint* (13%), cardamom*, lemon balm*, lemongrass*, valerian root* (6%), sage* (5%), lavender flowers* (4%), nutmeg*.

Preparation: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag. Let steep for 5 to 6 minutes - or longer for a stronger taste.
