Tulsi is known as Indian or "holy" basil, it is a particularly aromatic species of basil from the Asteraceae family. Its origin extends from tropical and subtropical Asia to northern Australia. In Ayurveda, tulsi is known as the "queen of herbs" and is revered as an elixir of life for its valuable positive properties. It has a taste similar to cloves and allspice.

Peppermint supports the normal functioning of the digestive tract and intestines, strengthens the natural defenses and immune system, helps relaxation and sleep, counteracts bloating and helps the normal function of the respiratory system.
