Turmeric Chai
Regarded as sacred in India for over 5,000 years and prized for its versatility, turmeric root shines with a rich golden yellow. Preparation: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over a tea bag. Let steep for 7-9 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste. To best enhance the turmeric, we recommend preparing it as golden milk: Simply boil a tea bag in milk (100°C), steep for at least 5 minutes for safe consumption, then enjoy!
