BIO young barley Zdravý den® in powder is intended for preparing a herbal drink or as an ingredient in meals. Dietary supplement.

Young barley plants are harvested when they reach a height of approximately 15 cm. The harvested barley stalks are dried at low temperatures and then ground into powder. Young barley is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It does not contain gluten.

Usage: Mix the powder in 150 ml of water, fruit or vegetable juice. Another option is to add young barley to yogurt, porridge, cocktails or other cold food. It is recommended to mix in a blender or sports bottle. Do not use with hot drinks, as heat neutralizes active enzymes.

Ingredients: 100% young barley powder from organic farming. Amount of active ingredient of young barley per daily dose 4-8g.

Recommended dosage: 1-2 teaspoons 2 times a day (i.e. 4-8g). Amount = active ingredient of young barley per daily dose 4-8g.
