BIO young wheat Zdravý den® in powder is intended for the preparation of a herbal drink or as an ingredient in meals. Young wheat plants are harvested when they reach a height of approximately 15 cm. The harvested wheat stalks are dried at low temperatures and then ground into powder.

Ingredients: 100% young wheat powder from organic farming. The amount of active ingredient of young wheat per daily dose is 4-8g.

Recommended dosage: 1-2 teaspoons 2 times a day (i.e. 4-8g).

Nutritional data per 100g:energy value 1025kJ/244kcal, fat 1.2g of which saturated fatty acids 0g, carbohydrates 12.1g of which sugars 0g, fiber 36g, protein 19g, salt 0.1g.

Usage: mix the powder in 150ml of water, fruit or vegetable juice. Another option is to add young wheat to yogurt, porridge, cocktails or other cold food. It is recommended to mix in a blender or sports bottle. Do not use with hot drinks, as heat neutralizes the active enzymes.
