Packaging: 20 tablets ( 80 g)

Dosage: Simply dissolve 1 tablet in 750 ml of water or other intra-training drinks. In case of high ambient temperature or higher fluid loss, increase the dose to 2 tablets in 750 ml of water or intra-training drink.

Note when dissolving in water with the characteristic is (for a dose of one or two tablets) a hypotonic drink (osmolality).

Warning: Store in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children. The maximum dose is 3 tablets per day! Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage! It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
