Dosage: 3 capsules on an empty stomach in the evening before going to bed . Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Usage: according to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsules and drink a sufficient amount of water. Alcoholic and milky drinks are not suitable. Do not bite the capsule! After opening, store below 25°C and use within 3 months.
