Vanilla Sauce
Vanilla sauce is ideal for cakes, apple strudels, waffles, red fruit jelly, fruit or ice cream.
Add: 400 ml milk, 2 tablespoons sugar
1. Mix the sauce powder with 5 tablespoons (plant-based**) milk and sugar.
2. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
3. Add the powdered shodo and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
**The consistency may vary with plant-based milk.
