Gluten-free Carrot Cake Baking Mix
In a few steps and in a very short time you can create a fluffy, juicy and sweet cake. Just add carrots, butter and eggs.
Ingredients: beet sugar*, whole grain rice flour*, ALMONDS*, WHEAT starch*, cream with baking powder (corn starch*, acidifier: potassium tartrate; raising agent: sodium bicarbonate)
*from organic controlled farming
May contain nuts.
Preparation:Mix 500 g of baking mix with 210 g of butter or 170 g of oil and 3 eggs. Then stir in 200 g of grated carrots.
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 180 °C for 45 - 50 minutes.
