Milk chocolate biscuits

Organic spelt biscuits covered with a milk chocolate bar are made from Italian spelt and organic extra virgin olive oil. The cocoa used is obtained from cocoa beans from organic crops, which promote the principles of quality, health and sustainability.

Ingredients: Biscuits (57%): wheat flour (spelt) (67%)*, cane sugar*, extra virgin olive oil* (11%), wheat starch*, hazelnut puree*, honey*, oat flour*, raising agents (sodium carbonate), salt. Milk chocolate (43%): cane sugar*, cocoa butter* (18%), whole milk powder* (14%), cocoa mass* (10%), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin*, ground vanilla beans* (cocoa min. 25% milk chocolate).
