Spaghetti
They are made exclusively from durum wheat semolina. Enjoy spaghetti as a side dish to classic minced meat sauces, with delicious herb pesto or in Mediterranean and summer salads.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina*, water
*from controlled organic production
Preparation: Use 1.5 liters of water for 100 g of pasta. Bring the water to a boil and add 10 g of salt per liter of water. The pasta is al dente after 11 minutes of cooking.
Store in a cool, dry place.
