Maxi Fusilloni made from durum wheat
Durum wheat semolina has been used for centuries to make high-quality pasta. Due to its particularly good cooking properties, it is difficult to imagine Mediterranean gourmet cuisine without durum wheat. A special feature of Gustoni pasta is that it is made using a bronze mold. This roughens the surface of the pasta and allows sauces to be absorbed particularly well.
Ingredients:Durum WHEAT semolina*

Preparation:Cook in boiling salted water for about 15-17 minutes until al dente. For 100 g of pasta, add a teaspoon of salt to one liter of water.
