Quinoa vegetable pot lentils and carrots
A mixture of red and white quinoa, red lentils and vegetables. Excellent as a side dish for meat, fish or vegetables.
Preparation for 2-3 servings: First, prepare 450 ml of hot broth. Briefly fry the contents of the package in a pot with a little oil and pour in the broth. Once everything is boiling, reduce the heat and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the quinoa with salt and pepper and leave the pot uncovered for another 5 minutes on the stovetop.
