Ingredients (in 1 infusion bag): Plantain leaf (Folium plantaginis) 600 mg, thyme leaf (Herba thymi) 400 mg, chamomile flower (Flos chamomillae vulgaris) 200 mg, mallow leaf (Folium malvae) 200 mg, marshmallow root (Radix althaeae) 200 mg, primrose flower (Flos primulae) 200 mg, hyssop leaf (Herba hyssopi) 200 mg. Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let steep for 15 minutes. Recommended dosage: 2 to 3 cups per day. Drink the tea warm, preferably sweetened with honey.
